No referrals are necessary, and you may have immediate access to the care you need. We specialize in treating clients of all ages who are experiencing chronic or acute pain, including joint pain, muscle strains, tendinitis, nerve pain, postoperative rehab, and vertigo. In addition to hands-on manual therapy and myofascial release techniques, we also offer dry needling, an effective technique for pain relief and muscle function restoration.
Beyond rehabilitation, we are dedicated to proactive and preventive care. This includes helping clients learn to exercise safely with existing injuries, prevent further injury, and optimize movement patterns for long-term health and longevity. We also offer customized exercise programs to support specific fitness goals, including safe return-to-sport protocols for athletes of all levels. We often work with competitive high school athletes, or those interested in casual sport hobbies for all ages including pickleball, tennis, or golf. Dr. Ledman, DPT, is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy with over five years of experience helping people move, heal, and thrive. With advanced training in manual therapy and certification in dry needling, he offers a well-rounded approach that blends hands-on care with evidence-based techniques.
Dr. Ledman has worked with nearly every population—from children to older adults, weekend warriors to competitive athletes. He has successfully treated patients with chronic and acute pain, postoperative needs, sports injuries, auto accident recovery, neurological conditions, balance challenges, and even conditions such as vertigo.
